Amelia Island Vacation Rentals and Management Services is a family-owned and locally operated business. We are a smaller company with a “BIG Reach”. We have had the honor of hosting repeat guests for over 13 years now. We have had the pleasure of hosting guests from nearly every state and many parts of the world.

It is no secret why we have been around for a while… Caring for and providing “one-on-one” service to our guests and owners requires us to operate as a smaller company, and we pride ourselves on staying smaller. Thus, we limit the number of properties that we onboard.
We offer our repeat guests the opportunity to book the same rental property before they check out each year, ensuring that our properties are well taken care of. Building guest retention is huge because having repeat guests means we know how they will treat our properties, thus reducing wear and tear. They select us, and we choose them.

Our services are offered to the south end of Amelia Island because our home and office are located in this area, so it logistically makes sense. Being 5 minutes from the resort gate, we can handle any necessities ASAP!
We have been in business for eight years, and we have been in professional resort property management for 13 years. We also have a local Real Estate presence here on the Island and in Florida. We offer exceptional Real Estate advice to those purchasing a property in our beautiful areas.
Dee’s “Hands-On” detailed property care approach” has consistently earned us 5-star reviews in each property we have managed for all eight years in business.
“We make it our top priority to ensure that…” our guests have a well-stocked and immaculately cleaned property. Once our guests enter the door, they should be starting their wonderful vacation experience and not finding housekeeping and maintenance issues on arrival. We inspect the properties “before guest arrival and after guest departure.” No surprises for our Guests!
We provide regular-size house-hold products and supplies for our Guests, and we are not conservative with the supplies we leave you to use. We also use only name-brand products in all of our properties, showing our Guests that we put their money back into their vacation experience.

While we know that every now and then, something unexpected can happen, we pride ourselves in being able to provide, in most cases, less than a 2-hour turnaround to handle the situation as an opportunity to “WOW” our Guests!
