How to Reserve


We are so excited that you found us to help you and your family and friends find your perfect dream vacation rental!

If we don’t have a vacation rental available or suitable for your needs, we have close connections with other property management companies that may be able to help you.

Whether you book by phone or online (VRBO), reserving a vacation home with us is easy!

We will be happy to provide assistance with restaurants, planning events, or anything else you may need while on vacation. We have connections.  Most Restaurants here on the Island can be booked through

Reserving your stay with us is easy. To confirm a booking, you must pay a deposit, which is applied towards your remaining balance. Our initial deposit is 35% of the reservation amount.

 We use “Square” as our transaction processor. We issue an invoice through the secure square site, and they email you the invoice with the payment instructions.  You’ll then receive a receipt stating that your reservation payment is paid. Payments and deposits are accepted in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). We do not accept American Express. 

Reservations, once booked & confirmed, can’t be shortened for a refund of the shortened stay. If a reservation is canceled, it can’t be rescheduled.

We do understand that “Life Happens.”
61 to 365 Days Before arrival date: Full refund minus an Admin Fee.

60-29 days-1/2 refund and an Admin Fee.

(We have lost the prime time “Booking Window” to be able to book the property.)

30 to 0 Days Before arrival date: No Refund.

In cases of an immediate member of the Family’s death or an extreme emergency with professional documentation of the occurrence, we offer a new booking not to exceed the next calendar year from the original booking date.
