This is a Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 Bath-the smaller 4th BEDROOM has a Trundle bed, which sleeps, 2 children or teenagers.
This unit has 2 king/on-suites that sleeps 4 adults
The #rd bedroom sleeps 2 Adults in Full-size beds–That is 6 adults
1 small bedroom/no closet that has a trundle bed—-this is like having 2 twin beds—sleeping 2 children.
If you should need extra room, I manage a 2 bedroom Oceanfront right down the breeze way, that sleeps an additional 6 adults because it has a KING and 2 Queens.
I will not accept bookings for the 4 bedroom/this listing— with more than 8 guests.
The Villa is located in Beach Walker, within the secured gates of the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This Building is located in the B building so you and your Family will be just stepping away from the Sand and Surf.
The Villa has 2 balconies, one off the living area and one very large deck off of the Master Suite and a Bonus room for sunbathing and just relaxing with Friends and Family.

Perfect location

The check in process was simple. The condo location was perfect. It was a short walk to beach or pool. Beautiful views from balcony. We would definitely stay again.

No complaints – we had a great time! Location was amazing – very easy walk to the beach. Large, beautiful pool. Condo was very nicely decorated and very well stocked. We had a family of 5 including 3 20-somethings. We all loved it!

Amelia Island Plantation is beautiful with a lot to offer for all age groups. We had a nice time with grandparents and grandkids. Would definitely return.

The views are spectacular and the condo is just as it looks in the pictures. Easy access to the beach and lots of activities in the area. It was a great vacation!
