These views are “Captivating”… you can see the waves crashing along the shoreline from the living area and the Masterbedroom. The unit is on the Southernmost end of the Turtle Dunes building, so you have lots of privacy. The beautiful pool area has the Ocean as the backdrop and was recently renovated in 2019. Showers right near the beach walkout and very close to “TOES TOUCHING THE SAND” No LONG WALKOUT!

Amelia Island Resort. Beautiful oceanfront setting located on the second floor of The Turtle Dunes building with easy access to stairs and elevator. A Private balcony which is great for dining with view and sounds of the ocean and watching sunrises. Turtle Dunes is part of the Dunes Club section of Amelia Island Plantation and has an oceanside pool and private tennis court for guest use. Amelia Island Omni Resort… offers GOLF, TENNIS Clinics, Biking, Walking Trails, and Picnic & Grilling areas. Bikes and Golf Cart rentals are available to guests. It is within minutes to the historic town of Fernandina Beach with lots of shops, quaint restaurants, and a harbor, with views of the “CUMBERLAND ISLAND”.

The Condo features new and comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Master Bedroom has King size bed and the guest room has both a Queen Size bed and a Twin bed. Both BR’s have Flat Screen TV’s. Master Bath has large walk in tile shower with hand held shower sprayer and tiled seat.. Second Bath has tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms have wood laminate flooring…no carpet in condo. The Living Room features new comfortable Oversized Sofas and Chair. New Sliding Glass Doors and Oceanside window for clear view of ocean. Upgraded high speed internet and unlimited free long distance calling are available as well as hundred’s of TV channels. 2 – 4 Beach Chairs available for guests use upon request. PETS ALLOWED WITH PREAPPROVAL FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER PRIOR TO BOOKING. BREED, WEIGHT, HOUSE BEHAVIORS MUST BE SHARED.

The property was exactly like it was listed. The condo is located in the very back of the resort. The resort is large, highly recommend a golf cart to experience all the resort has to offer. The beach and pool were never crowded. The view from the condo was beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a lowkey vacation rental.

Amazing property, amazing views, and Dee was a perfect host! This was our second visit at the property, the last visit August 2021. The Turtle Dunes condo is great for our family of 3. The condo is clean and comfortable. We loved the new combo Keurig. The pool and beach access is very easy. The beach was not crowded when we were there and was very relaxing. Our daughter loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed playing with other children. Our vacation was great. Thank you, Dee!

Excellent rental. Property was in excellent condition and Dee was very responsive to a couple of items needed. This unit was supplied with the essentials needed for a 2 week stay with items needed for laundry, dish washing, minor other cleaning needs, etc. This was the best we have seen from any unit we have ever rented and know Dee was responsible for all of this. She is the best.
